WHAT THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM DOES NOT ENTAIL ?
The mentorship program does not mean taking over the management of the hotel, it shall only support the hotel owner and managers to make informed decisions to overcome the crises faster than others.
The mentorship program does not give any financial support to any hotel owner.
The mentorship program does not help owners sell or lease out properties. That is a separate initiative of ProMiller and does not make to be part of this program.
The mentorship program does not provide any manpower support or any support in arranging manpower. However, it shall be our endeavor to help the hotels know where and how to hire.
The Mentorship does not mean owner representation by any means. It is a mentorship program where the hotel, its owner and management is taken as a mentee so that they can be guided during these challenging times.
The Mentorship program is an altruistic effort by ProMiller to support the hotel industry in these most challenging times. Best efforts shall be put by ProMiller to ensure the stability of the hotel for the common goal of supporting India. However, ProMiller does not guarantee any specific results.
WHY SHOULD HOTELS APPLY TO THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM?
Right now the battle is not of profits, it is for sustenance. It is vital to sustain the hotel business until the time industry is revived.
With our expertise, you can expect sustainable solutions to the current problem without dissolving your market reputation by cutting corners
If hotels start planning today, then only they will be fully prepared for a post-COVID world. As Benjamin Franklin said, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!”
